I moved here to Richmond in 2006, My family would always be invited to events where we would always bring dishes.  We had the biggest family, so we had to bring the most food. I didn't mind cause I love to cook.  Those type of functions allowed me to put my mind to the test, so I would always try to stick to the same item but switch it up each time.  After practicing, I decided I didn't want to be remembered as the girl know to make rice & peas, I wanted to be remembered as the girl who has that Exquisite taste. So that's when it hit me Koka Exquisite Taste was born. My personality, my passion for food & my experiences has allowed me to attend many events, prepare  & serve dishes out of their homes. I would also go into my community and serve free samples just to show them i was serious & motivated.  My cooking skills are turning into Culinary Tasteful Art.  I'm happy to say I would love to keep learning and growing in a dream that came true.
